We offer routine maintenance and service contracts, give us a call or an email to get the information (we offer discounts on your service when signing up)

Call out fees (due upon arrival)

  • Standard call out $150 (covers travel and diagnostic for up to 30 mi from Ozark, Mo.) +$3.50 per mile after 30 mi (we do not travel more than 60 mi from Ozark unless we are servicing a fleet)

  • After hours & Saturday call out $175 (anything after 7pm)

  • Sunday call out $250 (covers Sundays)

  • Holiday call-out $300 (covers all major holidays)

    Service Rates

  • Hourly rate $80 (standard repair work)

  • Welding hourly rate $90 (+ $20 flat rate welding fee that covers: welding wire and generator fuel)

  • Some welding fees may differ depending on components and ease of access

‍ ‍Shop fees may be added for (grease, cleaners, solvents, etc.)

  • Bearing replacement $105 per wheel (+ parts fee)

  • Bearing repack $85 per wheel (+ part fee for seal)

  • Brake replacement $185 per wheel (+part fee)

  • Light replacement $25 per light (+part fee)

  • Jack replacement $85 (+part fee) = for bolt on jack, price raises if welding is needed

  • Boat trailer bunk replacement $85 per bunk (+part fee) = pre-built bunks

  • Grease all points $200 (covers labor and grease) significant discount if signed up for maintenance contract

Routine Inspection & Maintenance Program

Purpose

This outlines the Routine Maintenance Program offered by 417 Trailer Worx LLC. The goal is to ensure safe, reliable trailer operation through preventive maintenance.

Service Schedule

Service frequency options: • Monthly — 1 visit per month • Every Other Month — 1 visit every 2 months • Quarterly — 1 visit every 3 months

Scheduling will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and 417 Trailer Worx LLC.

Visual Inspection Checklist

Inspection points may vary depending on equipment type:

• Tire pressure, tread depth, and visual tire inspection • All trailer lights • Inspect wiring for damage or wear • Safety chains • Frame for cracks, bends, or broken welds • Winch and cable • Tarp system • Hydraulic system and fluid level • Trailer deck for cracked or rotten boards • Bunks and rollers • Trailer jack

Routine Maintenance Services

Maintenance points may vary depending on equipment type:

• Re‑torque lug nuts • Grease and lubricate all pivot points and grease zerks • Test brakes and breakaway system • Clean coupler and adjust locking lever as needed • Check hydraulic system fluid level and fill to proper level • Check brake fluid and fill to proper level (hydraulic brake systems) • Replace busted or dented dust caps when applicable and in truck inventory

Program Pricing

$225 per visit +$25 surcharge for customers more than 20 miles away We do not travel more than 50 miles for this program unless discussed or for fleet customers.

Plan Options: ☐ 1 visit per month for 6 months ☐ 1 visit every other month for 12 months ☐ 1 visit quarterly for 12 months
